Please contact our development staff to learn more.

The Restoring Lands’ Legacy Circle is our way of recognizing those donors and volunteers who have gone above and beyond in support of land conservation. The Legacy Circle is a group of members who are committed to ensuring the protection and restoration of local lands and generations to come.

Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs) are donations directly from an IRA. This is a savvy way for older donors to be philanthropic while satisfying their required minimum distributions and reducing income tax.

Contact us, or your financial advisor, with any questions.

Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs) enable donors to set aside dollars for future philanthropy while receiving the tax benefit today. Contact us or your financial advisor to learn more.

A charitable bequest is a gift left to someone through a will or trust, to be distributed after the donor’s death. Bequests provide a way to continue using one’s resources throughout life, while ultimately making a lasting impact on land conservation. Bequests may also provide estate tax benefits under certain circumstances.

If you have already included Restoring Lands in your estate plan, please let us know. We would love to thank you and celebrate you!
