Located in the City of West Bend, WI, Decorah Woods is 45 acres. Catch a glimpse of the Milwaukee River from this preserve’s extensive 0.88-mile trail system that passes along agriculture fields and through an intact hardwood forest. Visit in spring when hundreds of trilliums bloom among other spring wildflowers, providing important early-season forage for pollinators before summer resources are available. The property protects natural habitats and wildlife corridors and provides nature-based recreational opportunities. To respect and protect the sensitive plant and animal communities that thrive here, please keep dogs on leash at all times.

Hunting is MANAGED ACCESS at Decorah Woods. Please visit our Hunting Page to learn more.

To visit, park in the small gravel lot available off of Decorah Rd.
