Great State Trail Adventure – Group Bike Ride & Meet up

Time: 12:00pm
Location: 83Q3+CR Grafton, Wisconsin
Location: Bratt Woods
Join Sarah Widder for a group ride as she passes through the Ozaukee Interurban Trail area on the Great State Trails Adventure, her month-long ride across every state trail in Wisconsin.

Restoring Lands will meet up at our Bratt Woods preserve in Grafton at 12:30pm, on the Ozaukee Interurban Trail entrance to the preserve near the bridge. Once Sarah arrives, we’ll take a group photo, and send her off on the rest of her ride to Milwaukee! You can join us to ride with her for a few miles before she takes off full-speed. The trail is mostly paved and passes through Grafton and eventually Mequon. Bratt Woods is a Knowles-Nelson funded property, as well as many of our other Ozaukee County preserves. Learn more about the Adventure here: https://knowlesnelson.org/great-state-trails-adventure/

Restoring Lands staff will continue riding from the meet up spot at Bratt Woods entrance on the trail, to Spanky’s Hideaway in Mequon (address: 5208 W County Line Rd, Mequon, WI 53092). This ride is approximately 1 hour and 12 miles. We will be stopping here and grabbing lunch! You can either leave a car at Spanky’s, or ride back to Bratt Woods on the trail. You’re welcome to join us for our full ride, or turn around once we lose Sarah after a few miles.

No pressure to ride the whole route. Come for part of it and turn around when you feel comfortable, ride with the Restoring Lands team to Spanky’s Hideaway, or just come cheer Sarah on at Bratt Woods!
